The Founders Financial Securities, LLC (FFS) Transition Team is here to support you and your staff during this transition period, answer your questions and guide you throughout the transition process.
Training
FFS will provides you and your staff with one-on-one training on the systems and processes of including policies, procedures, technologies and new business processing. We will also provide training on the document imaging requirements needed to allow for a seamless transition to our paperless office format.
Leadership
FFS provides a dedicated Transition Director to help you manage your transition process and keep you updated throughout the entire process. The Transition Director will be the main contact between your office and the Home Office in Towson, MD.
