To effectively work in partnership with each of our Members and their staff we ensure that we are accountable to the management, follow through, and outcome of our communications. We accomplish this via a communication platform that is interactive and offers various types of tools.

The backbone of our daily communication with Member Partners is our proprietary Ticket System. This Ticket System is a web application built to suit the unique needs of our Member Partners and their staff. It is our online problem solving and tracking system that allows seamless interaction with our broker dealer for client services issues, commission questions, compliance submissions, problem resolution, and new business questions. This system replaces the constant need for emailing and phone calls.

In addition to this communication platform, we prepare weekly bulletins relating to compliance, operations and sales and marketing topics, which is communicated to the entire community through our Member Virtual Office. Along with these weekly communications we implement an alert system function that gets immediate and important updates to our Member Partners in a timely manner.

Most importantly, we understand that our responsiveness to our Member Partners needs directly impacts their ability to manage and run a successful practice.
